// TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

The plain-English version of how Jarvis works.

Last updated June 2026

// 01 · ACCEPTANCE

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Jarvis, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.

These terms apply to everyone who uses Jarvis, so it’s worth a quick read.

// 02 · THE SERVICE

What Jarvis is

Jarvis turns your website into an AI assistant. You submit a URL, we generate a summary of your site, and you get a chatbot you can add to your pages so visitors can ask questions and get helpful answers.

We’re always improving the service, so features may change, grow, or occasionally be adjusted over time.

// 03 · ACCOUNTS

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure — you’re responsible for the activity that happens under your Jarvis account.

You need to be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location to use Jarvis.

// 04 · ACCEPTABLE USE

Acceptable use

When using Jarvis, please don’t:

  • Use the service for anything illegal or harmful, or to publish content that’s abusive, deceptive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Abuse the AI — no attempts to overload it, extract its underlying prompts, or trick it into producing harmful or off-topic responses.
  • Try to break, probe, or interfere with the security of the platform, or access data that isn’t yours.

We want Jarvis to stay safe and useful for everyone, so we take these guidelines seriously.

// 05 · OWNERSHIP

Who owns what

You own your content. The website content you submit and the conversations on your chatbot belong to you. You simply give us permission to process them so we can run the service for you.

We own the platform. Jarvis itself — the software, design, and branding — belongs to us. Using the service doesn’t transfer any of that to you.

// 06 · PAYMENT

Payment terms

Jarvis offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment partner, and your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel any time, and you’ll keep access to your paid features through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

// 07 · LIABILITY

Limitation of liability

Jarvis is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that the AI’s answers will be perfect.

To the extent the law allows, Jarvis isn’t liable for any indirect or incidental damages that come from using — or being unable to use — the service. You’re responsible for how you use the AI assistant on your site.

// 08 · TERMINATION

Suspending or closing accounts

You can stop using Jarvis and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms — for example, using the service for harmful content or abusing the AI. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll give you a heads-up first.

// 09 · CHANGES

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as Jarvis evolves. We’ll let you know about any significant changes, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

// 10 · GOVERNING LAW

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. If there’s ever a dispute, we’ll always try to sort it out with you directly and fairly first.

// YOU OWN IT

Your website content and chatbot conversations belong to you — always.

// CANCEL ANYTIME

Cancel whenever you want — you keep paid features through the end of the period you already paid for.

// FAIR WARNING

We only suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we’ll give you a heads-up first whenever that’s reasonable.
