• Your account details — the name, email, and profile picture associated with your Google sign-in.
• Your websites — the URLs you submit and the AI-generated summaries we create from them.
• Chat conversations — the full text of messages exchanged between your website visitors and your AI assistant, including both the visitor’s question and the assistant’s response, for every conversation.
• Your preferences — any custom settings you configure, such as welcome messages.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account’s data is isolated — you can only access your own websites and conversations, and no other Jarvis user can see yours.

We follow industry-standard security practices to keep your information safe.

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Jarvis service. We never sell your data, and we never share your personal information with advertisers.

Website content and chat messages are processed by our AI system only to generate summaries and respond to visitor questions.

We also review conversation data internally for quality assurance — checking that the assistant is answering accurately and on-brand — and to troubleshoot issues you report.

We use trusted, industry-standard services for authentication, data storage, AI processing, and hosting. All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection commitments.

We don’t use tracking cookies, and we don’t run analytics. We store only the minimum session data needed to keep you signed in.

No ads, no trackers, no third-party scripts on your dashboard.

You can delete any website and its associated data at any time from your dashboard. You can request a full account deletion by contacting us, and we’ll respond to all data requests within 7 business days.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of any significant changes.
