Common questions
Some websites can't be read automatically — they might be down, slow to respond, or blocking automated readers. When that happens, look for the paste box that appears right on your Dashboard: paste your website's text content directly (about page, services, pricing, anything you want the AI to know) and hit “Submit content.” Jarvis works from that instead of trying to fetch the page.
It can take a few seconds to appear. Try refreshing your page. Make sure the script tag is pasted before the closing </body> tag.
Not at all. The script loads asynchronously, meaning your site loads first, then the chat widget appears. No impact on page speed.
